📌 Project Overview

🚀 Preparing Students for Life Beyond the Classroom

With graduation fast approaching, these 41 students needed more than just textbook English—they needed practical, real-world communication skills that would prepare them for work, travel and international collaboration. Traditional English lessons can only take students so far, but real confidence comes from using the language in dynamic, real-life settings.

That's where LevelUp English came in. The BSZ1 Leipzig approached us with a clear goal: they wanted an interactive, tailor-made program that would help their students feel prepared and empowered for their futures. Drawing from our StartUp Academy, we designed a hands-on, immersive learning experience that made English come alive.

From team-based projects to business pitches and collaborative problem-solving, students engaged in English in ways that were immediate, practical, and relevant—boosting their confidence, fluency, and professional skills all at once.

🌎 A Global Teaching Team Bringing the Workplace to Life

One of the most powerful aspects of this project was our diverse, international team of trainers, each bringing a unique perspective on global workplaces:

Students weren’t just learning English—they were experiencing it as it’s spoken in businesses, startups, and international environments. This authentic exposure gave them a competitive edge, whether they’re pursuing further studies, heading into employment, or traveling the world.
